Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Yes. Shipping is free on U.S. orders $100+. For orders under $100, a flat rate of
$4.99 applies.
We currently ship within the United States only.
You may return items within 45 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and include all
original tags/packaging.
There are no restocking fees. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Yes—exchanges are available. Please email
support@wexorla.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within
4 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Please email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly

PCI‑compliant payment providers. Wexorla does not store full card details.
