Shipping policy

At Wexorla, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed efficiently and delivered in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy provides details about our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and related information.


Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Shipping / Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed

Please note that processing time is in addition to shipping time.


Shipping Rates

  • If your order total is less than $100 USD, we charge a flat rate of $4.99 USD for shipping, however orders where the total is equal to or above $100 USD, shipping is free.
  • This rate includes package tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order. The carrier selected may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability at the time of shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress until it arrives at your address.


Shipping Coverage

  • Wexorla currently ships only within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to meet our stated delivery times. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Holiday-related volume increases

If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
